Before you leave

Horde: prepare cultist ears and tome tasks; Alliance: check bangles, Nar’gurk’s tome and Zalfan. Both factions have an Eye of Mugg variant. Complete A Small Favor before the Alliance tome quest. Agree on control for Nar’gurk’s possible charm and defensive reserves for Mugg’s weapon phases.

The level range is guidance, not a verified entrance minimum. Routes and tactics are our planning advice; current server mechanics have not been confirmed by our own gameplay tests.

Some boss-to-NPC associations remain unresolved. Their identifiers label client encounter entries, not verified NPCs.

The minimap overview supplies neither surveyed boss positions nor a guaranteed floor or unlock sequence.

Plan your run

  1. Assemble at the approach and distinguish prisoners or neutral figures before area damage.
  2. Slavecrusher Grox and Twilight Commander Zarmok lead the client roster; this does not establish a tested shortcut.
  3. Clear Ashka’s room; players pursued by beasts should move onto cleared ground.
  4. At Nar’gurk, coordinate control of charmed players instead of blindly killing an ally.
  5. Plan defensives around Mugg’s weapon phases; the client describes stronger heavy weapons and growing attack speed.

Slavecrusher Grox

Slavecrusher Grox has its own entry in the client roster. Secure the fighting area, set a focus target and begin with the full party. A current verified spell sequence is not recorded here.

Tank
Establish threat on active enemies and avoid an uncleared passage at your back.
Healer
Start with enough mana and choose clear line of sight.
Damage
Follow focus marks and release crowd control only when agreed.

Twilight Commander Zarmok

Twilight Commander Zarmok has its own entry in the client roster. Secure the fighting area, set a focus target and begin with the full party. A current verified spell sequence is not recorded here.

Tank
Keep the boss on cleared ground and check healing range after repositioning.
Healer
Call damage spikes and avoid taking position behind uncleared enemies.
Damage
Wait for tank contact and stay on cleared ground if pursued.

Client encounter

Handler Ashka

Command: Kill! sends Snarlfang and Terrorhowl at a random target. Prepare a clear movement area and help for the pursued player; fear effects should not bring in new packs.

Tank
Keep a defensive in reserve for sudden damage.
Healer
Check health, mana and possible quest interactions before moving on.
Damage
Check quest loot and your progress after the fight.

  • Command: Kill! · 1282076 — The two named beasts attack a random target for ten seconds.
  • Frightening Howl · 1282071 — The client specifies four seconds of fear within 60 yards; current interruptibility is not tested.

Nar'gurk

Convert describes control for up to 20 seconds or until the target falls to 50% health. Agree on a nonlethal response; the staff record adds Shadow damage to melee swings.

Tank

Damage
Control charmed allies and avoid lethal damage.

Weapon records distinguish +20% melee damage with one-hand maces and +50% with heavy mauls. Mugg’s Fury describes speed growth until the swap; its zero placeholder is not a real strength estimate.

Reserve defensives for the heavier-weapon phase.
Healer
Reassess healing reserves after swaps rather than expecting constant damage.
Damage
Wait for tank contact and stay on cleared ground if pursued.

Collect 15 Cultist Ears (267091) from Twilight’s Hammer cultists in Krol’dok. Combine this Horde collection task with clearing cultist areas and check the count before the final fight. Its fixed reward is the Semblance of Twilight necklace.

Evidence and unresolved details

Checked 7 November 2026. Current encounter and item data mainly use client 1.60.1.70862. Quests combine current client/player records with original Questie Forever reference data. Maps load directly here, with their origin and any floor-assignment limits identified beside each image.

Routes and role advice are our own planning recommendations. We have not independently tested server mechanics live. A client entry alone proves neither current encounter availability nor timing. Entries from other game variants and unrecorded NPC associations are identified in the relevant guide.

For loot, distinguish current stats from acquisition: “observed drop” is a recorded association, sometimes from beta and often a small sample. A “drop reference” is not current drop confirmation. Neither establishes a reliable drop rate. Some new German names are editorial translations; English names and identifiers retain exact identity.
