Uldaman

Uldaman has a lengthy outer excavation and a branching titan instance. A complete run combines the lost dwarves, quest treasures, necklace fragments and Archaedas with the Discs of Norgannon.

01 / START

Before you leave

Bundle tasks in the Badlands, Loch Modan and your capital. Necklace chains include return trips and different faction steps; check your next stage rather than expecting every task to be active together. The familiar staff/chamber procedure for Ironaya is Classic reference.

The level range is guidance, not a verified entrance minimum. Routes and tactics are our planning advice; current server mechanics have not been confirmed by our own gameplay tests.

Entrance coordinates are Map-table ghost-return references, not surveyed portals.

Group Finder range and quest acceptance level are not verified hard entrance minimums.

Boss numbers label list entries, not invented map positions. A minimap overview with overlapping rooms is not automatically a verified floor sequence.

03 / ROUTE

Plan your run

Outer excavation: check power stones, tablets and early quest objects before the portal. Remember the return route for later turn-ins.
First rooms: include Revelosh and the Lost Dwarves, then check staff parts and the map chamber for Ironaya. Not every dwarf is an ordinary enemy for every faction.
Deeper halls: clear the stone keepers, Galgann and Grimlok in sections. Check collection objectives before major elevation or map transitions.
Archaedas and the discs: restore resources before activation and assign newly awakened enemies. Afterwards inspect the Discs of Norgannon fully; the boss kill alone does not complete the lore stage.

The list combines current client entries with the associations identified in each profile. Unclear variants are marked. Its order is not a surveyed walking route; check casts, immunities and triggers in game.

NPC 6910

Revelosh

Secure the trogg pack first. Players planning Ironaya or the staff components should check quest items before leaving.

Tank: Gather caster companions with the boss on cleared ground.
Healer: Watch controlled allies and removable debuffs while preserving a healing reserve.
Damage: Rotate interrupts where the spells actually being cast permit it.

NPC 6906

The Lost Dwarves

Check faction reaction and dialogue before attacking. For Alliance, Baelog’s tasks form part of the chamber route.

Tank: Pick up adds early so they do not reach the healer.
Healer: Position so newly active enemies do not separate you from the tank.
Damage: Kill the marked target together and use area damage after threat is secure.

NPC 7228

Ironaya

Trigger the reference map-chamber/staff activation together. Create movement space and clear healer range beforehand.

Tank: Stay with the party after each wave and remain ready for new enemies.
Healer: Manage mana across the whole event rather than treating the first phase as the end.
Damage: Start only on the party’s call and protect any event NPC from additional enemies.

NPC 7023

Obsidian Sentinel

Watch for newly active stone or shard enemies rather than focusing only the large target. Keep the retreat path clear.

Tank: Keep safe ground behind you and save a defensive for damage spikes.
Healer: Top up the tank before likely melee spikes and maintain line of sight through movement.
Damage: Wait for tank threat and avoid activating another pack while repositioning.

NPC 7206

Ancient Stone Keeper

Activate the room carefully and answer visible area or debuff effects with safe movement routes.

Tank: Gather caster companions with the boss on cleared ground.
Healer: Watch controlled allies and removable debuffs while preserving a healing reserve.
Damage: Rotate interrupts where the spells actually being cast permit it.

Galgann Firehammer

Pick up companions together and avoid dragging Galgann around corners away from the healer.

Tank: Pick up adds early so they do not reach the healer.
Healer: Position so newly active enemies do not separate you from the tank.
Damage: Kill the marked target together and use area damage after threat is secure.

NPC 4854

Grimlok

Use a focus target: control dangerous companions first, then the boss. Necklace-quest players should check their gem.

Tank: Pick up adds early so they do not reach the healer.
Healer: Position so newly active enemies do not separate you from the tank.
Damage: Kill the marked target together and use area damage after threat is secure.

NPC 2748

Archaedas

The familiar statue activation is an extended reference encounter. Assign newly awakened enemies and preserve finale resources before starting.

Tank: Stay with the party after each wave and remain ready for new enemies.
Healer: Manage mana across the whole event rather than treating the first phase as the end.
Damage: Start only on the party’s call and protect any event NPC from additional enemies.

Minimum levels concern acceptance, not combat suitability. Prerequisites show direct links, not every earlier step. Coordinates belong to the explicitly named zone. Additional class quests and follow-ups can require further travel.
