Website delivery and hosting
Hosting is provided by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Requests involve technical connection data such as IP address, timestamp, requested file, response status, transfer size, browser details and, where supplied, the referring page. Hosting and technical logs support delivery, diagnosis and security. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our interest is the reliable, secure operation of the portal.
Logs serve those purposes and are not combined by us into advertising profiles. Retention depends on technical necessity and the hosting provider’s settings; security incidents or statutory duties may require longer retention.
Local planning tools and checklists
Saved talent builds and the library checklist remain in your browser’s localStorage. Talent drafts may use sessionStorage for the current session. The stored content consists of build settings or book marks, without an advertising identifier assigned by us. These records are not sent to our server or synchronised across devices.
This storage supports the planning and checklist features you use. Necessary device access is based on Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; where personal data is involved, processing relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Reset book marks in the tool, delete saved builds, or remove this website’s browser data. Local records remain until deleted; session drafts last for the relevant browser session.
Shared talent builds are encoded in the link fragment after the # character. A fragment is not part of the normal HTTP request to our server. Sharing a build link discloses the encoded allocation to its recipient.
Search, media and third parties
Article search, filters and material calculators run in your browser. Fonts, icons, maps and scripts are served from our own domain. No Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdSense, social media or video embeds are currently active. We do not set our own analytics or advertising cookies. These notices and, where necessary, consent features will be updated before additional services are introduced.
External links connect to the destination when you actively open them; that provider’s notices then apply.
Contact enquiries
If you email or telephone us, we process the contact details and message supplied to handle the enquiry. Depending on its purpose, Article 6(1)(b) or(f) GDPR applies. Communications are retained as needed to address the matter, preserve legitimate evidence or fulfil statutory duties.
