Before you leave
Collect Desolace tasks and your faction’s Shadowshard quest. A full route serves the scepter chain better than a princess-only visit. Plan healing supplies, water and careful movement around drops. Blizzard’s 6 November hotfix corrected Spirit of Zaetar spawning after the princess’s defeat; check the quest turn-in after the fight.
The level range is guidance, not a verified entrance minimum. Routes and tactics are our planning advice; current server mechanics have not been confirmed by our own gameplay tests.
Current client encounters do not establish that every rare, summoned or alternate-mode variant is available on every run.
Quest and loot-source associations here are references because current primary recordings do not yet contain the corresponding dungeon observations.

03 / ROUTE
Plan your run
Outer caves: agree on a coloured entrance and count Shadowshard Fragments. Our zone-map reference does not represent a shortcut into the dungeon’s middle.
Orange route: include Noxxion and Razorlash in the shared plan. If the fight splits or new enemies appear, regain control before moving on.
Purple route: check Lord Vyletongue and the items needed for the scepter chain. The two corruption quests belong to different factions, not two rewards for one character.
Convergence: secure Celebras’s area and allow time for dialogue or the reference ritual. Quest 7044 leads into 7046; do not immediately jump into the water after the kill.
Inner section: plan Tinkerer Gizlock, Landslide and optional Rotgrip deliberately. Keep everyone on the same descent so the healer is not stranded on another level.
Princess and exit: choose a fighting position away from dangerous drops. After Theradras, check quest items and Spirit of Zaetar; Seed of Life then continues to Keeper Remulos.

Checked 7 November 2026. Current encounter and item data mainly use client 1.60.1.70862. Quests combine current client/player records with original Questie Forever reference data. Maps load directly here, with their origin and any floor-assignment limits identified beside each image.
Routes and role advice are our own planning recommendations. We have not independently tested server mechanics live. A client entry alone proves neither current encounter availability nor timing. Entries from other game variants and unrecorded NPC associations are identified in the relevant guide.
For loot, distinguish current stats from acquisition: “observed drop” is a recorded association, sometimes from beta and often a small sample. A “drop reference” is not current drop confirmation. Neither establishes a reliable drop rate. Some new German names are editorial translations; English names and identifiers retain exact identity.
